Black tahini chocolate cookies


  • 50g salted butter, softened
  • 125g light brown muscovado sugar
  • 125g golden caster sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200g milk chocolate, broken into chunks
  • 100g white chocolate, melted, for drizzling
