Ingredients

  • 175g unsalted butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
  • 175g golden caster sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 100g self-raising flour (or same quantity plain flour with 1 tsp baking powder)
  • 1-2 tsp milk
